Vauxhall’s Dependability Confirmed by J.D. Power
The J.D. Power 2017 Vehicle Dependability Study (VDS) has examined issues reported by original owners of 3 year old vehicles. The study measures car reliability by analysing problems experienced over the past twelve months of ownership in areas such as engine and transmission, features and controls, navigation, entertainment systems, heating and cooling, plus much more.
2017’s study was based on responses from more than 12,000 owners of new vehicles registered from February 2014 to April 2016.
According to J.D. Power’s report, owners were most satisfied with the exterior of their vehicle. 31% of owners indicated that the exterior styling was a key reason for their purchase. As well as the design of the car, fuel economy also proves to be a key factor in the purchase decision, with 50% of car owners citing that their decisions on car purchases have been swayed by fuel economy.
Beadles Vauxhall are pleased to confirm that Vauxhall have truly excelled in the J.D. Power 2017 UK Vehicle Dependability Study. The Insignia was ranked as the best midsize car, and the Meriva ranked as the best small MPV!
